CCO + General Manager
In 2017 Brendon Rayner joined the Banff Sign Company as the CCO and General Manager. Brendon brings over 16 years of sign making experience to Banff and has worked in a wide range of roles, from production management to engineering, and design. Brendon has played a lead role within several types of signage markets including decorative signs, directional + way finding systems, and regulatory compliance signs. He continues to use his creative skills to lead the sign industry and set the curve which others strive to follow.
Ontario native Allyson, started with the Banff Sign Company in 2014 and has become our key in house designer. She studied Media, Art and Design at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario receiving her Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. After a few years of working within an advertising company for a large property development firm in Toronto, Allyson was ready for a change. She followed her heart to the beautiful town of Banff, and began working at the Banff Sign Co. Allyson enjoys being able to apply her creative skills to a variety of signage mediums and excels at working with businesses who are looking for a fresh new design to align to the iconic Banff mountianscape.
CEO, Creative Lead
The team creative lead and product sourcing master. Although she has a major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alberta, her eye for design far exceeded her interest in ‘numbers’ and is second to none. Upholding your brands integrity, credibility, and authenticity as your brand ambassador. She received her Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 and has built not one, but two, successful businesses since. She is very excited for this new venture and when the opportunity arose within the Banff Sign Co. to build on 30+ years of craftsmanship in the heart of the Rockies, she knew it was a perfect fit. She is passionate about real estate investment and renovating properties, having flipped over a dozen properties since 2006.
Kelso discovered his passion for business when he started his first small business at the age of 14. He has worked as a Software Developer for large organizations such as Alberta Justice Department and TELUS Geomatics before starting his own companies. Since then he and his team have been awarded business of the year multiple times and have been featured in Alberta Venture Magazine. His passion for business is obvious as he is consistently working toward improving business processes, customer satisfaction and production efficiency using new technologies and equipment. As an active member of the board of directors at the Lakeland Credit Union, his commitment to business and community development is never-ending. Kelso is a true entrepreneur and real estate investor.
