In 2017 Brendon Rayner joined the Banff Sign Company as the Chief Creative Officer and General Manager. Brendon brings over 20 years of custom signage and graphic design experience to Banff and has worked in a wide range of roles. Brendon has served as sign production manager to engineering and design. Prior to partnering in the acquisition of Banff Sign Co., Brendon was a partner in eCommerce startup 310-SIGN which was acquired in 2017 for 7-figures. Brendon has been featured in Sign Media Magazine for his outstanding career accomplishments in the sign industry. From directional signs to wayfinding systems, and regulatory signs. He continues to use his creative design skills to lead the sign industry and set the benchmark which others strive to follow.
ASHLEY BRENNAN, BCOM
PM, Creative Lead
Ashley Brennan is our lead project manager and creative designer. Although she has a major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alberta, her eye for design far exceeded her interest in ‘numbers’ and is second to none. Upholding your brand identity and authenticity is her number one focus. She received her Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 and has built not one, but multiple, successful businesses since including Thinkwerx, 310-SIGN and Knorth Creative. Ashley focuses her energy on her 3 kids and leading the team at our Edmonton design agency, Knorth Creative.
KELSO BRENNAN, MBA, PMP
Kelso Brennan is a successful entrepreneur based in Edmonton, Alberta. Kelso and his team acquired the Banff Sign Company in 2016 after successfully exiting two previous creative & tech companies he founded. As an avid startup investor, real estate manager and business mentor, Kelso spends most of his time expanding his professional network and partnerships. Kelso is actively involved in volunteering as the President of the Alberta Sign Association, Edmonton Neon Sign Museum, Startup Edmonton speaker, Community Futures Alberta speaker and more. Kelso completed his Executive MBA at the University of Alberta, and continues to assist the Banff Sign Company with strategy, technology and marketing. Kelso is also the GM of Hi Signs | The Fath Group after the company he founded, 310-SIGN, was acquired in 2017.
